First of all, thank you for visiting our website. We truly appreciate your interest in our old Bavarian specialties and traditions. Most of the recipes and traditions have been around for centuries and have been passed on through generations. Sorting through old cookbooks, numerous handwritten family paper scripts, and stories told, we discovered a lot of known but also forgotten recipes and traditions within our family's collection.
Most people know and love the Pretzel. In the German language, a pretzel is called "Brezel or Brezn". The pretzel is a special delight that is very popular, and everyone enjoys it. There are about 120 different types of pretzels. The variety goes from savory to zesty, to salty and sweet, regardless of if soft or hard, there is a pretzel for everyone to enjoy. We offer a large variety of pretzels and customize them for special orders.
